Raed Arafat (Arabic: رائد عرفات; Romanian pronunciation:[raˈedaraˈfat], extreme name also spelled Rayed; born Could 24, 1964) is a Palestinian-born Romanianintensive care physician of Palestinian origin, technical in anesthesiology.

Early life
